Breaking away from the ordinary, we present the project we have been working on for a long time to bring you, our valued players, a true MMORPG experience.
While preserving Metin2’s beloved classic structure, the long-missed farming areas, and the feeling of progression, we aim to offer a long-lasting server spanning levels 16–300, where higher levels introduce players to entirely different regions, systems, and challenges.
Our goal, however, is not simply for players to start at level 16 and reach level 300 as quickly as possible. On the contrary, we aim to deliver a genuine sense of progression at every stage of the journey through varied activities, farming areas, solo and group dungeons, character development systems, and gameplay that evolves at higher levels.
On our server with a level range of 16–300, we have brought the old and new progression structures together.
At lower levels, you can level up in areas such as the Spider Dungeon and Grotto of Exile, while at higher levels you can progress in regions such as King’s Island and enter battles much stronger.
We are developing Ragnar2 to be a lasting home for your adventures.
Throughout your journey from level 16 to level 300, new regions, dungeons, bosses and progression systems will open up in stages. We want to create a world where your efforts retain their value, every stage brings new goals, and you can enjoy playing for years to come.
Ragnar2 is being created with the ambition of becoming your lifelong Metin2 world, far beyond a passing adventure.
We have introduced Artemisia into our game world with a balanced and stable structure. Carefully tuned to remain compatible with the existing classes while preserving her distinctive playstyle, Artemisia will offer players a different gameplay experience and new progression options.
In Ragnar2, alongside Warrior, Ninja, Sura, and Shaman, we have also added Artemisia and Lycan as extra classes in a balanced and stable way. Choose your character and start the adventure.
Your Ragnar2 adventure begins in regions that capture the atmosphere of classic Metin2. Each stop offers familiar challenges and farming routes that support your progression, helping you steadily strengthen your character.
The First and Second Villages, Doyyumhwan, Yongbi Desert, the Valley of Seungryong and the Red Forest await as the core regions for steady progress during the early stages of your farming journey.
The first stop on your Ragnar2 adventure and farming journey! Farm Metin Stones in the First and Second Villages, take your first steps in character progression and prepare for the tougher challenges awaiting you in later regions.
Hunt Metin Stones and continue your progression in Doyyumhwan, a key destination for the classic Metin2 farming experience.
Take on the harsh conditions of the desert! Hunt Metin Stones, gather the materials you need and continue strengthening your character.
As you progress, the challenge grows. Continue farming Metin Stones in the Valley of Seungryong and prepare your character for tougher regions.
Face stronger Metin Stones in the Red Forest, another key stop on your classic farming journey. Step up your farming and work towards the next stage of progression.
Once you have progressed through the classic farming regions, your journey continues in Ragnar2's mid-level farming areas. Here you will discover the distinctive Island of Kings and the Beta Maps, where Metin Stone farming takes centre stage. As your character develops, you will unlock new regions, step up your farming and prepare for high-level content. Each area represents a different stage of progression, and the farming you do along the way will prepare you for Ragnar2's more demanding regions.
Once your character reaches a certain level, the earlier maps will no longer meet your needs. That is where our new map comes in, designed to help you farm Metin Stones and level up more quickly.
Your first stop is the Island of Kings. This is not a shared map: each kingdom has its own separate farming map.
Players who successfully progress through the Island of Kings and reach higher levels will unlock new and unique regions.
The Beta Maps form another important part of your mid-level progression. Comprising four different maps — Dawn, Thunder, Cape, and Bay — they offer valuable opportunities to develop your character, particularly through Metin Stone farming.
Cape is another key Metin Stone farming area among the Beta Maps. Take on the region's Metin Stones, step up your farming and continue your journey through Ragnar2's mid-level content.
Bay, one of the four Beta Maps, offers another important stop where you can continue farming Metin Stones and developing your character.
Dawn is a key stop on your journey through the Beta Maps, offering another region where Metin Stone farming supports your character's development. Hunt the local Metin Stones, gather your rewards and advance through the mid-level stages step by step.
Your Metin Stone farming journey continues in Thunder. Hunt the region's Metin Stones, gather the materials you need and prepare your character for higher-level content.
Once you have completed your mid-level progression, Ragnar2's high-level farming regions open their doors! Pirate Island, Minator's Cursed Island and the Queen Naga Region each offer a different farming experience. From Metin Stones to mob farming, explore new ways to strengthen your character and work your way to the top.
Pirate Island is a key stop on your high-level farming journey, carefully designed for players who enjoy farming Metin Stones. In this region, Metin Stone farming takes centre stage: hunt the stones, gather valuable materials and speed up your character's progression.
Looking for a different way to progress beyond Metin Stone farming? Minator's Cursed Island awaits!
This region is built entirely around mob farming. Defeat its powerful monsters to farm rewards, develop your character and continue your high-level journey.
And the challenge does not end there. Minator's Cursed Island is home to the powerful boss Minator, found exclusively in this region!
The challenges grow tougher as your journey continues. With its focus on mob farming, the Queen Naga Region is a key destination for strengthening your character. Defeat the region's powerful monsters, farm valuable items and keep pushing towards the top.
In Ragnar2, your progression is never tied to a single region!
The materials you need to upgrade your equipment are spread across different maps to create a fair and balanced farming experience. Instead of repeatedly farming one area, you can take on challenges across the world, gather the materials you need and strengthen your character step by step.
The path to powerful equipment in Ragnar2 goes beyond regular farming: you will also need to take on the powerful bosses found across its maps!
Equipment evolution materials are a key part of character progression and can only be obtained from map bosses. To keep advancing and unlock new equipment evolutions, you will need to hunt bosses across different maps. Each evolution makes your character stronger, while obtaining the materials you need will lead you into tougher challenges.
Farming in Ragnar2 extends beyond Metin Stones and bosses. Players can take up fishing or mining whenever they like, offering different ways to earn rewards and support their character’s progression. The items obtained through fishing and the valuable resources gathered through mining provide alternative farming options that reward the time and effort you put into the game.
Pick up your fishing rod and add a new route to your farming journey. Your catches offer a way to earn rewards beyond the usual farming areas, letting you progress in a way that suits your playstyle. Enjoy a calmer but productive farming routine that still contributes to your character's development.
The valuable resources you mine offer another rewarding path for progression. Take up your pickaxe, seek out different resources and steadily gather materials that support your character, without being tied to particular regions or a single farming method. Enjoy more variety, balance and freedom in the way you farm.
Boss battles play an important part in your character's progression throughout Ragnar2. As you advance, you'll face stronger bosses and earn valuable rewards to take your character to the next stage.
Ragnar2's dungeons feature multiple floors and stages. Work your way through each dungeon by completing its floors, quests and challenges, then face the boss waiting at the end.
As you progress through the dungeons, the challenges grow tougher and demand more from your character. The Demon Tower, Devil's Catacomb, Nemere and Razador are solo challenges, while Minator is a party encounter and Meley is a guild encounter.
01 One of Metin2's most memorable classics, the Demon Tower is an early milestone in your boss progression on Ragnar2. Climb through its floors in order, completing quests and defeating enemies as you make your way to the summit. Lucifer awaits on the final floor.
02 The Devil's Catacomb is one of the dungeons you'll encounter in the next stage of your boss progression. Complete its stages and quests, defeat the enemies in your path and reach the final area, where a formidable boss battle awaits.
03 Nemere's dungeon is an important boss challenge in the later stages of your character's progression. Complete the dungeon's stages and quests to reach Nemere in the final area. Defeat him to earn valuable rewards that support your continued progression.
04 Razador is one of the key bosses you'll encounter as you advance through Ragnar2. Complete the dungeon's quests to earn the right to face him, then defeat him for valuable rewards you'll need to continue your progression.
As you reach later boss encounters in Ragnar2, coordination and teamwork become increasingly important alongside individual strength. Minator is a party challenge, while Meley calls for your guild to fight together.

Party Challenge Minator is a major party boss encounter that puts your team's strength to the test. Form your party, fight Minator together and earn valuable rewards for your character's progression when you succeed.
RED DRAGON Boss battles in Ragnar2 take on a new dimension with the World Boss. Open to all players, the Red Dragon will appear in front of the Demon Tower at set times.
You can join the battle against the Red Dragon on your own or with your team, defeat the boss, and earn rare and valuable rewards.
In the World Boss system, rewards are not limited to the player who defeats the boss. Players who take part by dealing damage to the Red Dragon will also be able to earn rewards for their contribution. This gives everyone involved in the battle the opportunity to be rewarded for their efforts.
In Ragnar2, your loyal companion grows alongside your character!
Your pet earns skill points every time it levels up. Use these points to develop your pet and give your character valuable additional bonuses.
Not all pets are the same! Different pet classes give your character different bonuses and advantages. Choose the companion that best suits your character and playstyle to shape your progression.
When your pet reaches its maximum level, it unlocks a special ability and starts attacking your opponent directly during combat.

Our Pre-Bonused Equipment system is available to every player, free of charge and on equal terms, making the bonuses you need much easier to obtain. Get your pre-bonused equipment without spending hours chasing bonus rolls, and focus your time on developing your character.
By reducing differences in access between players, we aim to create a fairer, more balanced progression system where everyone can benefit from the same opportunities.
Ragnar2's Wings with Bonus Stats let you personalise your character's appearance while gaining additional bonuses that support your progression. With a wide range of designs, these wings offer visual variety as well as bonuses that strengthen your character.
Choose the wing design that best suits your character's look and enjoy its additional bonuses. Your wings become part of your character's progression as well as their appearance.
Designed around Ragnar2's 6 character classes, our core Equipment Bonus System is built on 6 bonuses.
Build on your first 6 bonuses with a 7th and 8th bonus to take your equipment further and tailor it to your character's build.
Your progression doesn't stop at 6 bonuses.
Go beyond the familiar system by adding a 7th and 8th bonus to your equipment, giving you more ways to develop your items.
Ragnar2's guilds and competitive content do more than bring players together. They're designed to support shared progression, encourage contributions and promote teamwork in battle.
Guilds in Ragnar2 are more than groups of players under the same banner. They're organisations that members build and develop together.
Guild members can complete quests to earn Guild Contribution Points and help their guild level up. Higher guild levels unlock new buffs, increase their strength and let you use more buffs at the same time.
Once a week, Ragnar2's three kingdoms face each other on the same battlefield.
Every enemy player you defeat earns your kingdom 1 point. The battle continues until one kingdom reaches the target score, with the first to reach it claiming victory.
Kingdom War rewards more than just the winners. All three kingdoms receive an EXP bonus at a different rate based on their final ranking. These bonuses last for 1 week, supporting your character's progression until the next Kingdom War.
Once you reach level 250, a new progression system becomes available, offering an alternative to repeatedly grinding the same mobs to level up.
Level Potions, obtained on Gnoll Island and in the Queen Naga region, give you a new way to continue your progression.
Collect the required Level Potions to keep progressing from level 250 all the way to level 300.
You no longer need to spend hours manually rerolling your equipment's bonuses!
With the in-game Automatic Bonus Switcher, you can choose the bonuses you want and let the system reroll your item automatically in search of them.
Designed for long farming sessions, our 50,000-item stack system lets you keep far more of the items you collect in a single stack, making your inventory easier to manage and organise.
Farming and PvP may call for different equipment setups.
Quick Equipment Switching helps you prepare your equipment setups much faster, so you can move between farming and combat without wasting time and get straight back to your adventure.
You no longer need to leave your computer on all day to sell your items!
With the Offline Shop System, your shop stays open and continues selling even when your computer is switched off.
You can bind valuable items to your character to keep them safer.
Soulbound items cannot be traded, sold or dropped. You can remove the soulbinding from your items whenever you wish.

Ragnar2 is being built as a global server, bringing players from different countries together in one game world. To reach a wider community and open up the competition to players around the world, our server supports 16 languages.
Players will be able to select their preferred language and access in-game systems, descriptions and content in their own language. This will allow players from different countries to join the world of Ragnar2 and compete together without a language barrier.
Protecting our players’ hard-earned progress and providing a fair gaming environment are among our highest priorities at Ragnar2.
To support this, our server uses the Rascal AntiCheat and SVSide security systems.
Our security systems actively work to prevent cheating attempts and the use of third-party software that could give players an unfair advantage.
Through AntiCheat and server-side checks, we aim to provide the highest possible level of security, preserve game balance and maintain fair competition.

The Trusted Computer System lets you register your computer as trusted for your account, adding an extra layer of protection.
Once the system is enabled, your account can only be accessed from the computer you have registered as trusted. Login attempts from any other, unregistered computer will not be permitted.
We care about protecting the time and effort you invest in Ragnar2 over the long term. The Trusted Computer System is one of our key security features, helping to strengthen account security and protect our players’ progress.
